Rules of competition „PLAY and WIN“

Competition goal: the competition is organized at the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the company foundation and it is primarily focused on recruitment of new participants to the supplemental retirement savings, on the increase of contract participants´ contributions, on the increase of the brand awareness, and on the increase of visiting rate of STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. website.

Competition rules: any physical individual older than 18 years of age is allowed to join the competition (hereinafter the „participant“) that has met the following terms of participation in the competition within the competition period:

 

a/ conclusion of valid participation contract with company STABILITA d.d.s., a.s., /including repeated participation contract/, with minimum participation contribution of € 10.00, or min. 1% of the wage assessment basis, provided that the contract was properly registered in the IS STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. .

or

increase of monthly participant contribution within the competition period /in the existing and registered participation contract at least by € 10.00, provided that his/her contribution amount has been fixed, or at least by 1% of the wage assessment basis, if his/her contribution amount has been determined as percentage of the wage assessment basis, and the change has been made on the due form and properly registered in the IS STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. .

 

b/  registration in the competition on the competition form published on the website of STABILITA d.d.s., a.s. / www.stabilita.sk.

Every physical individual that meets the above defined terms pursuant to clause a/ hereof shall receive a gift from company STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s., /vitamin supplement packing/ with printed logo of company STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. thereon, and unique  specific randomly generated 8-digit playing code, displayed on the vitamin supplement packing under the packing seal. In order to become a valid participant registered in the competition, the participant will have to meet concurrently the terms a/ and b/ of the Competition Rules.

The competition shall be organized in two forms:  

1/ basic monthly competition rounds within the whole competition period / Jan 01 – Dec 31, 2022/ on website of the company / www.stabilita.sk/. Participants can win 25 material prizes in each competition month, i.e. total 300 material prizes.

 

2/ Final one- time drawing of the main prizes upon the presence of notary, held on Jan 03, 2023 in the registered office of company STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s., Bačíkova 5, Košice. Main prize refers to 3 vouchers for free-choice holiday trip at value of € 2,000.00 from travel agency CK Satur.

 

Upon registration, the participant accepts the terms of the competition and confirms that he/ she is older than18 years of age. Participation in the name of third persons is not permitted. Employees of company STABILITA, d.d.s.,a.s., and their direct relatives in the first lineage, and their siblings, spouses or partners are excluded from the competition.  

Participants to the competition can join the competition during the whole competition period even repeatedly /upon conclusion of more than one participant contracts or repeated increase of participation contribution during the competition period/.

 

Basic monthly rounds – they correspond to particular calendar months and the participants can join only upon meeting the terms of clauses a/ and b/ of the Competition Rules. Registration form contains the following data: name and surname of participants, number of participation contracts, unique playing code, and participant´s e-mail address. Required data shall be entered in the application „Competition“ upon registration, for purpose of contacting the winner. Registering in the competition pursuant to clause b/ of the Competition Rules, the Participant confers consent with processing of the above stated personal data for purposes of the competition.

 

Entering all above stated required data, the participant will immediately find out whether he/ she won in the basic competition round. The winners are automatically generated in particular monthly rounds via random program selection upon the participant registration. The winner shall be notified also via e-mail on the address stated in the registration form, as soon as correctness of the entered data and meeting of the competition terms is verified.

 

Potential participant can register in the competition at any time during the competition period; however every playing code can be registered only once and it will be entered in the basic competition round in the month in which it was registered.

 

Final drawing – every participant that met all competition terms during the competition period pursuant to the Competition Rules shall be entitled to automatic entering in the final drawing for three vouchers, each of value € 2,000.00. Competitors that don´t meet the competition terms pursuant to clause a/ of the Competition Rules will be excluded from the final drawing. Three /3/ winners and three /3/ backups (if contact and prize handover is impossible with any of the winners) will be randomly drawn in the final drawing upon the presence of notary. The winners will be notified via e-mail on the address stated in the registration form. If a competitor entered incorrect e-mail address and he/ she was drawn as a winner, and it was impossible to contact him/her for the stated reason, he/ she will not be entitled to the prize without right for compensation.

The prize shall be handed over upon agreement with the winners but at the latest within 60 days from the prize delivery address identification.

The winners are not allowed to claim for a prize other than the one allocated to them in random drawing. Prize enforcement at the court of justice is hereby excluded. The winners are not allowed to reclaim the prize except otherwise agreed ad hoc.

The competition organizer is not responsible for any and all risks and commitments associated with the use of the prizes. Risk of the prize damage shall pass to the winner at the moment of its handover to the winner.

Nie je potrebné, aby ste ako účastník III. piliera mali skúsenosť s investovaním. Dôležité je, aby ste si uvedomili, že s investovaním v doplnkových dôchodkových fondoch je spojené riziko.

3. Riziko a výnos

Aký je Váš vzťah k riziku?

a Akceptujem iba nízke riziko. Preferujem nízke výnosy, ale aj nízke straty.
b Akceptujem mierne riziko, čo znamená možné vyššie výnosy, ale aj vyššie straty.
c Akceptujem vysoké riziko, čo znamená vysoké výnosy, ale aj vysoké straty.
Od výšky podstupovaného rizika závisí výška Vášho budúceho výnosu. Predpoklad je, že čím vyššie riziko bude účastník znášať v dlhodobom horizonte, tým vyššie výnosy by mal získať. Na druhej strane vyššie riziko znamená vyššiu pravdepodobnosť, že hodnota Vášho účtu bude kolísať oboma smermi.

4. Kolísanie cien

Ako by ste postupovali v situácií, ak by hodnota Vášho účtu klesala a dosiahla už stratu 10%; napríklad pokles z 10 000 Eur na 9 000 Eur z dôvodu zlej ekonomickej situácie a poklesu finančných trhov?

a Presunul by som zostatok do konzervatívnejších fondov, aby som ochránil svoje peniaze.
b Bol by som ochotný čakať maximálne 1-2 roky na návrat na pôvodné hodnoty.
c Bol by som ochotný čakať maximálne 3-5 rokov na návrat na pôvodné hodnoty.
d Bol by som ochotný čakať aj viac ako 5 rokov na návrať na pôvodné hodnoty.
Kolísanie cien smerom nadol je prirodzenou súčasťou investovania na finančných trhoch, ale neznamená to automaticky stratu finančných prostriedkov. Je to len prechodný stav, počas ktorého sa zníži hodnota Vášho účtu a jeho pokles by mal byť v takej miere, akú ste ako účastník ochotný akceptovať. Vyhnete sa tak zlým investičným rozhodnutiam a presunom zostatku na účte do iných fondov, ktoré Vám v budúcnosti tento pokles nedokážu kompenzovať pri návrate finančných trhov na pôvodné hodnoty.

5. Akceptovaná miera poklesu

Aký veľký pokles hodnoty Vášho účtu je pre vás akceptovateľný ?

a Akceptujem pokles od 0 % do 5 %.
b Akceptujem pokles od 5 % do 10 %.
c Akceptujem pokles od 10 % do 20 %.
d Akceptujem pokles viac ako 20 %.
Pokles hodnoty Vášho účtu priamo súvisí so správnym výberom fondu. Každý fond má inú investičnú stratégiu od čoho sa odvíja jeho celkové riziko. Konzervatívne fondy v krízových časoch klesajú menej ako akciové alebo indexové fondy, ale dosahujú aj nižšie dlhodobé výnosy. V rôznych etapách Vašej účasti v III. pilieri, môže byť pre Vás vhodný iný fond.

Presuny majetku do konzervatívnejších fondov je lepšie realizovať v období rastu finančných trhov, kedy je dlhodobé zhodnotenie rizikovejších fondov vyššie, ako tých s nižším rizikom.

  2. Za rozhodnutie účastníka, ktoré uskutoční na základe vyhodnotenia alebo v súvislosti s vyhodnotením investičného dotazníka nenesie STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. žiadnu zodpovednosť.
  3. STABILITA, d.d.s., a.s. nenesie zodpovednosť za akúkoľvek prípadnú škodu, ktorá vznikne konaním alebo nekonaním účastníka v súvislosti s vyhodnotením alebo na základe vyhodnotenia investičného dotazníka.
